Quality Management is the aspect of the overall management function that establishes and operates a policy of quality of a company / organization. In order to suffice the needs of customers and timeliness on a shoestring budget and economical. So the ultimate goal of the project can be achieved corresponding quality, time and customer satisfaction as well as cost efficiency for contractors.

Quality Management as a system to ensure compliance with the performance and results of the project defined quality standards include:
